I take great pride in providing excellent service.  Your satisfaction is most important to me! 

Custom fabric art orders are non-returnable.  If a defect is discovered, please contact me within 30 days upon receipt so that I can work with you to make it right.  While every attempt has been made to construct each item to  withstand normal wear and tear, no guarantees provided once an item has been laundered.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding the wear or durability of your purchase, please contact me.

Consulting services are also a customized process,  My process includes periodic "check-in" times to make sure you are satisfied with the process.  This will be explained and detailed prior to the commencement of any consulting project.
